• Consult with clients on succession planning, tax planning, and business processes.
• Lead, schedule, supervise, and review tax engagements.
• Perform tax procedures based on engagement size and complexity, including wealth transfer and estate planning.
• Review complex individual and corporate tax returns.
• Develop and train team members while building client and community relationships.
• Attend industry events and professional training.

• At least six years of tax experience in a public accounting firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification required; JD or EA may be accepted instead.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide confident solutions.
• Ability to work with clients on strategic business success.
