Business Development Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote from the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, or Oman

Develops and operates an online trading platform for stocks, CFDs, commodities, Forex, ETFs, and cryptocurrencies.

What you will do

• Develop and execute a GCC-focused business development strategy for client acquisition and retention.
• Identify, recruit, and manage Introducing Brokers, affiliates, and institutional clients.
• Build partner satisfaction and loyalty as the main point of contact.
• Collaborate with marketing on region-specific campaigns.
• Represent the business at expos, seminars, and industry events.
• Track revenue, acquisition, conversion, and trading-volume KPIs while monitoring regulations and market trends.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of business development experience in Forex or CFDs, focused on GCC markets.
• Excellent Arabic and English required.
• Strong network of GCC Introducing Brokers, affiliates, and traders.
• Knowledge of GCC market dynamics, trading behavior, and regulations.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
