Location: Gaydon, Warwickshire, UK; willingness to work flexibly within the UK

What you will do
- Lead the timely delivery and integration of customer vehicle features across vehicle programmes.
- Align engineering domain delivery plans with programme milestones and gateway requirements.
- Coordinate feature maturity, availability, dependencies, risks, and delivery impacts.
- Drive resolution of cross-functional integration issues, risks, and blockers through final engineering sign-off.
- Collaborate with programme planners, Core VE teams, product owners, integration leads, and feature leaders.
- Improve delivery processes and reporting while communicating KPIs and risks to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Thorough understanding of the systems design life cycle, from system definition and architecture through integration, assessment, and acceptance.
- Experience conducting technical analysis and applying effective engineering processes.
- Ability to interpret technical data, make technical decisions, and identify risks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional engineering teams.
- Good working knowledge of Office 365.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Experience delivering engineering products using project management techniques.
- Experience with programme and project delivery processes, including JIRA.
- Experience integrating and delivering electrical, electromechanical, or software systems.
