Location: Copenhagen headquarters in Vesterbro, Denmark; two days per week, 15–20 hours

What you will do

• Prepare, review, and organise commercial contracts, including creator, content, and supplier agreements.
• Research legal questions across the markets in which hirify.global operates and prepare clear summaries.
• Support compliance activities, data protection, record-keeping, and internal policies.
• Support innovation through AI and automation initiatives and contribute to ad hoc legal projects.
• Manage document workflows, signatures, templates, and contract records.
• Provide day-to-day support to the five in-house lawyers on the Global Legal team.

Requirements

• Currently studying Law as a stud.jur, preferably in the third or fourth year.
• Highly reliable and attentive to detail.
• Motivated by solving challenges and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Fluent English is required.
• Availability to work two days per week, 15–20 hours, at the Copenhagen headquarters.
