AI Partner

Location: Based in Lithuania, with offices in Vilnius and Kaunas; hybrid work with two recommended office days per week. Relocation to Lithuania is supported with a limited-time package including a €30,000 gross bonus and two months of temporary housing.

Salary: €4,817–€6,517 gross per month.

What you will do

• Lead one stalled AI use case per function from initial idea to deployment in a real workflow.
• Build and refine prototypes, automations, prompts, and low-code or no-code solutions alongside business functions.
• Embed solutions into daily operations and document reusable patterns for future engagements.
• Assess whether AI or conventional automation is the right solution and participate in Group IT triage.
• Monitor data-handling and tool-approval needs, routing work for Legal or Privacy sign-off before release.
• Transfer skills to function representatives so they can operate, adjust, and extend the tools independently.

Requirements

• Ability to build working prototypes and automations through coding or low-code and no-code tools without a full engineering handoff.
• Strong judgment in selecting appropriate AI use cases and communicating when AI is not the right solution.
• Ability to build trust, manage expectations, and move work forward without formal authority.
• Understanding of data handling, tool approval, and Legal or Privacy review requirements.
• Ability or willingness to design, test, and refine prompts for repeated use.
• Comfort maintaining approved AI tools, including connectors, settings, and workspace configuration.
