Finance Controller / Internal Auditor (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Review financial processes and controls across payments, banking, reconciliations, accounting, record keeping, procurement, and reporting.
• Design, document, and implement segregation of duties, approval workflows, access controls, and supporting documentation.
• Perform internal reviews, assess control effectiveness, and investigate weaknesses and underlying causes.
• Collaborate with Finance teams to resolve deficiencies and track remediation actions through to completion.
• Support new systems, banking arrangements, finance processes, external audits, and regulatory reviews.
• Report material financial risks, control weaknesses, and remediation progress to the Global Finance Director.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant CA (SA) qualification with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience in financial control, internal audit, accounting, or a similar finance role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, payments, banking, and financial reporting.
• Experience designing and implementing financial controls and operational processes.
• Ability to work across multiple legal entities, countries, and Finance teams.
• Strong attention to detail, commercial judgment, resilience, and the ability to work with urgency.
