DevOps Engineer

What you will do

• Operate and support production and development environments.
• Resolve operational disruptions in collaboration with development teams and hosting providers.
• Bring operational excellence into development projects and support high-quality implementation.
• Build and continuously optimize automation for builds, deployments, testing, and monitoring.
• Advise customers on new infrastructure projects and balance hands-on engineering with strategic thinking.
• Manage stakeholders and influence decisions across development and operations.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in software development and architecture, with familiarity with operational topics.
• Experience with Shell, Java, Jenkins, Ansible, Maven, Gradle, Git, GitLab, and Artifactory.
• Strong communication skills, quick grasp of complex problems, and understanding of business processes.
• Fluent German and English required for daily customer and colleague communication.
• Technical degree from a university, university of applied sciences, ETH, or equivalent is advantageous.
