Customer Support Manager

Location: Minsk, Belarus; on-site at the employer's office

Salary: from $1,200 net per month; progressive bonuses can bring total income to $1,800–$2,000.

What you will do

• Communicate with international clients in English.
• Work with hot leads and make initial phone calls.
• Manage the customer base in CRM.
• Provide product feedback and influence product improvements.

Requirements

• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
• Be comfortable working a night-oriented schedule and communicating by phone.
• Sales experience or strong motivation to develop sales skills.
• Confidence in making the first call and engaging with clients.
• Availability to work from the office in Minsk.
