What you will do
- Coach and inspire cabin crew to deliver outstanding guest experiences and uphold service excellence.
- Drive engagement, performance, recognition, and career development initiatives for the cabin crew workforce.
- Design and deliver engagement events, forums, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Oversee cabin crew performance management, providing data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Lead investigations into service, operational, and performance matters and implement improvement strategies.
- Partner with Training, Service Delivery, Guest Relations, HR, Cabin Safety, Welfare, and operational leadership teams.
Requirements
- Degree from a recognized university or professional qualifications in business and people management desired.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a people management role.
- Experience managing a large multicultural workforce in an airline or hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of airline safety, security, operations, and cabin crew management.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good project management skills and understanding of UAE culture and values.
Nice to have
- Previous experience as operating cabin crew.
