Analyst Lead, Compliance

What you will do

• Manage large-scale compliance projects and initiatives that support regulatory requirements and departmental goals.
• Delegate work, lead teams or initiatives, and determine methods for new assignments with a high degree of autonomy.
• Review and improve compliance processes, procedures, and practices to mitigate organizational risk.
• Coach compliance professionals and instruct colleagues on policies, practices, procedures, and regulatory changes.
• Advise management and collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams on compliance implications.
• Develop educational materials and support implementation of compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge and experience in compliance.
• Ability to analyze semi-complex and challenging problems and exercise sound judgment.
• Experience leading projects, processes, teams, or compliance initiatives.
• Strong communication skills for working with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• University degree or equivalent experience.
