Costing Supervisor

Location: On-site five days per week in Samut Prakan, Thailand

What you will do

• Prepare journal vouchers, account reclassifications, accruals, balance-sheet reconciliations, and month-end closing entries.
• Manage monthly revaluation, cost allocation to products, intercompany reconciliation, and purchase price variance analysis.
• Review accounts receivable aging, collections, billing documentation, outstanding balances, and intercompany charges.
• Manage daily cash receipts and payments, monitor bank balances and liquidity, and prepare cash-flow forecasts and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain the fixed-asset register and record acquisitions, transfers, disposals, capitalization, and depreciation.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, tax officers, and banks on accounting, tax, and operational matters.

Requirements

• Experience with general ledger accounting, journal entries, month-end closing, and balance-sheet reconciliations.
• Experience managing accounts receivable, treasury transactions, bank reconciliations, and cash-flow forecasting.
• Knowledge of VAT, withholding tax, accounting standards, internal controls, and audit support.
• Ability to manage fixed-asset accounting, capitalization, depreciation, and forecast or budget calculations.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week in Samut Prakan, Thailand.
