EUV Power Technical Support Engineer (Semiconductor)

Location: Taichung, Taiwan. On-site role with an 8-hour shift model covering day and night shifts.

What you will do

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize EUV source power, stability, availability, and system performance.
• Diagnose performance degradation across laser, droplet, collector, vacuum, and diagnostic subsystems.
• Lead root cause investigations using system logs, sensor data, performance trends, and reliability metrics.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers and field service teams.
• Define corrective and preventive actions, maintenance recommendations, and performance optimization strategies.
• Document technical cases, troubleshooting procedures, lessons learned, and training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2+ years of technical knowledge in EUV Source and Drive Laser systems.
• Familiarity with EUV Dose Control, Source, and CO2 performance.
• Knowledge of EUV source architecture, power generation, stability drivers, and degradation mechanisms.
• Experience with advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, semiconductor fab operations, and high-volume manufacturing constraints.
• Legal authorization to access technology controlled under United States Export Administration Regulations is required before starting the role.
