Business & Market Analyst (Insurance): Developing market and client analyses, strategy materials, performance reports, and portfolio updates for Life & Health insurance across Germany, ACEE, and the Nordics with an accent on strategic decision-making, client engagement, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on monitoring KPIs, coordinating compliance and tender processes, supporting key account management, and translating complex business information into concise leadership materials.
Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; hybrid role
Salary: €1,900–€3,200 per month for a full-time role, plus performance-based variable compensation and additional benefits.

What you will do
- Prepare market and client analyses, strategy papers, presentations, and briefing materials for leadership and strategic client engagements.
- Monitor business performance and key KPIs, produce regular reports, and provide management updates.
- Coordinate client events, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Support product and portfolio reporting, including WISER, and prepare materials for senior stakeholder discussions.
- Coordinate due diligence, compliance activities, regulatory requests, tenders, and RFPs with relevant experts.
- Support client feedback, key account management, NPS, NMG, and strategic, commercial, and operational priorities.
Requirements
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ownership, reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Collaborative approach and confidence working with Client Managers, market leadership, subject-matter experts, and external stakeholders.
- Interest in digital tools, AI-enabled ways of working, process improvement, and Life & Health insurance.
- University degree or equivalent qualification, ideally in business, economics, finance, international relations, or a related field.
- Fluent English required; German language skills are advantageous.
