Data Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain automated P&L reporting frameworks using real-time data streams.
• Analyze trading execution patterns, slippage, and market impact.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries in ClickHouse for large-scale financial datasets.
• Define and implement KPIs for trading desks with business stakeholders.
• Monitor data quality, integrity, and compliance across data pipelines.
• Build Python data-processing scripts and design schemas for high-frequency reporting.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience in finance or fintech, with knowledge of financial instruments or trading data.
• Advanced SQL and experience with OLAP databases such as ClickHouse.
• Strong Python programming skills for data manipulation and automation.
• Experience with data visualization tools and the ability to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to data accuracy and governance compliance.

Nice to have

• Experience with columnar or OLAP stores such as Druid, BigQuery, or Snowflake.
• Experience with Airflow, dbt, and Git-based workflows.
• Experience with Superset, Metabase, Power BI, or Grafana.
