Software Development Engineer III (Cloud)

What you will do

• Own software components and deliver complete solutions meeting functional, scalability, performance, and manageability requirements.
• Develop high-performance applications in Go and C++ for distributed cloud environments.
• Deploy workloads and manage their lifecycle on AWS and GCP using Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on end-to-end feature development and new software architectures.
• Investigate and resolve test pipeline failures in GitLab CI/CD environments.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, 3 years with a Master's degree, 1 year with a PhD, or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency in Go and C++ with experience contributing to complex software projects.
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, microservices architecture, and scalable distributed systems.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, API-driven product development, cloud deployment, performance, and security.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with metrics collection, observability frameworks, or telemetry pipelines.
• Background in monitoring, alerting, and tracing systems such as Prometheus and Grafana.
