Robotics Customer Success Intern (AI)

Location: Menlo Park, California, United States; on-site

What you will do

• Own customer support tickets from first response through resolution.
• Run customer onboarding, diagnose product issues, explain fixes, and coordinate repairs or replacements.
• Escalate complex issues to Engineering, Product, and Operations and drive them to closure.
• Analyze ticket data to identify recurring issues, root causes, and product gaps.
• Build proactive support systems, playbooks, self-service resources, and feedback loops.
• Develop and deploy AI skills and agents to improve response times and support quality.

Requirements

• Strong customer empathy, initiative, and ownership through resolution.
• Technical curiosity and the ability to understand and troubleshoot a complex hardware, software, and AI product.
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress; a technical or analytical background is preferred.
• Availability to work on-site in Menlo Park, California.
• Weekend availability for rotating seven-day customer coverage.
