What you will do

• Develop, port, and maintain tests for Linux BSP, graphics, and machine learning software on i.MX reference boards.
• Verify functionality, compatibility, performance, and stability across i.MX chips and reference boards.
• Design, develop, and use GenAI tools for automated testing and continuous integration testing.
• Review design documents, reference manuals, and user guides.
• Support software development teams and key customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
• Understanding of embedded operating systems such as Linux and Android.
• Programming skills in C, C++, Python, or Java.
• Understanding of the Linux device driver model and Linux kernel.
• Familiarity with Linux commands and cross-compilation.
• Understanding of QA and test methodologies, test cycles, and processes.

Nice to have

• Experience developing Linux device drivers, systems, or applications.
• Experience with shell scripting and web system design using technologies such as Python, PHP, Ruby, JavaScript, or MySQL.
• Familiarity with continuous integration systems such as Jenkins or Bamboo.
• GPU knowledge and experience with GPU development environments.
