TL;DR
Finance Intern (Automotive) (Accounting/ERP): Supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense reimbursements, customer invoicing, and month-end closing in a finance team with an accent on accurate transaction processing and compliance. Focus on maintaining e-invoicing, preparing ageing reports, coordinating collections and contracts, and supporting taxation activities.

What you will do
- Process staff expense claim reimbursements, including compliance checks, expense booking, and payment initiation.
- Issue accurate and timely customer invoices with the sales team and record entries in the local ERP system.
- Prepare accounts receivable ageing reports and support collections.
- Process sales contracts in cooperation with the sales operations team.
- Process supplier invoices, liaise with vendors, and initiate payments.
- Prepare journal entries and support monthly closing and taxation activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
- Fluent Mandarin and good written and spoken English.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Intelligence, curiosity, and motivation.
- Teamwork skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
