Head of Technology, LATAM (Hospitality)

Location: Cancun, Mexico; regular travel across the Latin America region is required.

hirify.global operates a portfolio of hotels and is seeking regional technology leadership for its Latin American operations.

What you will do

• Define and lead the technology strategy and roadmap for the LATAM region.
• Oversee infrastructure, networks, systems, availability, security, and performance across hotels.
• Lead the selection, implementation, and support of PMS, POS, revenue management, and guest experience platforms.
• Partner with hotel leaders to deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Build and manage a regional IT team, vendors, budgets, and service-level relationships.
• Coordinate technology deployments for hotel openings, transitions, and renovations.

Requirements

• Significant experience in senior technology leadership, ideally in hospitality, resorts, or multi-property environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of PMS, POS, revenue management platforms, IT infrastructure, and networking.
• Experience managing technology across multiple properties or countries in Latin America.
• Strong people leadership, project management, vendor management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and data privacy regulations relevant to the region.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish are required.

• Portuguese proficiency.
• Experience supporting hotel openings, transitions, or renovations.
