R2R Global Process Owner (GPO)

hirify.global is a media organization with a Finance Transformation & Excellence Team focused on global finance processes, systems, and standards.

What you will do

• Support day-to-day governance and operational management of the global R2R process and SAP S/4HANA Golden Template.
• Coordinate process activities across markets, legal entities, business units, and stakeholder groups.
• Manage the intake, assessment, documentation, tracking, and implementation follow-up of R2R change requests.
• Monitor R2R KPIs, process compliance, exceptions, localizations, risks, and data quality.
• Drive operational improvements, standardization, automation initiatives, and benefits realization.
• Act as the primary operational counterpart for R2R stakeholders while supporting the GPO with analysis, recommendations, and escalation management.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Informatics, or a comparable discipline.
• Several years of professional experience in Finance and/or IT, including financial software implementation or transformation projects.
• Sound user knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP FI.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, organizational, coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, facilitate discussions, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across functions, markets, and cultures.
• Business-fluent English, written and spoken, is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP BOFC and/or S/4HANA Group Reporting.
• German and/or French language skills.
