Junior Financial Operations Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Monitor bank transfer flows and support daily financial operations.
• Support reconciliation across payment flows, card schemes, foreign currency transactions, and bank settlements.
• Perform data quality checks and review reconciliation items with internal teams.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and management information.
• Manage assigned cases, follow-up actions, records, and escalation workflows.
• Contribute to process documentation, operational controls, automation, and continuous improvement using AI-enabled monitoring tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Banking, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Up to two years of relevant experience; recent graduates with relevant academic or internship experience are welcome.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confidence working with financial and operational data.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams and maintain data integrity and confidentiality.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Access, business intelligence, or reporting tools.
• Familiarity with financial transactions, payment flows, bank transfers, reconciliation, or card schemes.
