Business Development Manager (Electrical Safety Testing)

Location: Northern or Southern UK, United Kingdom; regular travel to clients within the UK and occasional travel abroad is required.

What you will do

• Develop new business and introduce compliance, certification, and testing services to prospective customers.
• Build relationships with customers developing new electrical and electronic products.
• Advise customers on safety testing and regulatory compliance engineering.
• Support customers in delivering compliant products to worldwide markets.
• Visit clients across the UK and occasionally abroad.
• Take proactive ownership of projects and solve customer and compliance challenges.

Requirements

• Experience in business development or sales within a technical products or services environment.
• For one position, specific experience in safety testing is required.
• Broad knowledge of regulatory compliance engineering and compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and a robust problem-solving mindset.
• Collaborative approach and personal accountability.
• Willingness to travel to UK and occasional international client locations.
