Senior Manual Tester / UAT Test Lead (f/m)

What you will do

• Plan, organize, and lead UAT cycles with business users and technical teams.
• Write and execute test scenarios, test cases, and scripts based on user stories and project documentation.
• Review and validate test materials, scripts, and test data for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor, prioritize, retest, and track defects while managing risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Track test coverage and execution trends and provide status reports and recommendations.
• Support and coach business testers and improve testing workflows.

Requirements

• Experience defining UAT plans, scope, entry and exit criteria, and testing strategy for complex software.
• Strong manual testing experience, including test script writing, test data management, and manual test execution.
• Ability to verify, approve, and maintain traceability across test artifacts.
• In-depth knowledge of defect lifecycles, resolution tracking, and escalation paths.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Xray or equivalent test management tools.
• Fluent English and availability to work remotely from Poland.
