Finance Manager (Controllership Focus)

What you will do

• Manage financial and management reporting, including cash flow, tax, GST, budgeting, and statutory reporting.
• Prepare and review annual reports, statutory accounts, management reports, and financial reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, external advisors, Finance Systems, Data, Engineering, and business teams.
• Identify and deliver finance process automation, simplification, and transformation initiatives.
• Apply AI, GenAI, data analytics, and technology to improve accounting efficiency, accuracy, controls, and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance, ACCA, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, consulting, or finance transformation.
• Strong technical accounting, analytical, reconciliation, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Experience with finance transformation, automation, or consulting is highly preferred.
• Strong interest in AI, GenAI, automation, data, and emerging finance technologies.
• Advanced MS Excel skills; ERP, BI, workflow automation, or financial systems experience is a plus.
