Technician (AV)

Location: Chengdu, China; onsite aircraft maintenance role

What you will do

• Assist with aircraft and engine maintenance operations in accordance with PART 145 regulations, customer protocols, and manufacturer documentation.
• Dismantle, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and reassemble aircraft structures, equipment, and hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Support engine inspection, overhaul, maintenance, storage, monitoring, and through-life support activities.
• Check the condition, conformity, identification, and status of aircraft parts, and label and list components.
• Use maintenance test equipment, replace faulty components, sign work orders for minor maintenance, and report status to the Team Leader.
• Deliver maintenance activities on time, within cost and quality requirements, while continuously improving delivery performance.

Requirements

• College-equivalent education or above.
• At least 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance.
• Basic written and reading English is required.
• Avionics standard practice and knowledge of aircraft technical documentation, aeronautical regulations, and PART 145 requirements.
• Ability to read technical drawings, use aeronautical test equipment, perform maintenance operations, and comply with HSE and aircraft quality standards.
• Teamwork, customer relationship skills, vigilance, independence, adaptability, responsiveness, flexibility, and the ability to manage priorities.

Nice to have

• ME-TA certification with English Level 2.
• Experience with hirify.global aircraft types.
