GRC Program Coordinator (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Plan, track, and support strategic certification and regulatory programs across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Coordinate evidence collection, documentation, and readiness activities for certification and audit cycles.
• Support communication with external assessors, auditors, and vendors, tracking deliverables and timelines.
• Contribute to security risk assessments, risk-register maintenance, mitigation tracking, and remediation follow-up.
• Prepare risk and program status materials for internal review.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and improve tracking, reporting, and program processes.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in information security, GRC, compliance, IT risk, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of security risk assessment, control frameworks, certification, and audit cycles.
• Strong organization, communication, and ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Jira, Excel, or spreadsheet-based tracking and documentation tools.
• Discretion when handling sensitive compliance and security information.
• A bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is considered.

• Familiarity with Confluence.
• Exposure to ISO 27001, SOC 2, security risk frameworks, or regulatory compliance programs.
