AI Enablement/Talent Development Specialist – Senior (AI)

What you will do

• Create and deliver learning programmes, workshops, e-learning content, and practical AI sessions.
• Help employees apply approved AI tools, agents, MCPs, custom skills, and automation in daily work.
• Identify opportunities to optimize work processes through AI and structure use cases for further review.
• Translate technical AI concepts into practical guidance for non-technical audiences.
• Partner with the AI Center of Excellence on education, adoption initiatives, emerging tools, and practical use cases.
• Build an internal AI community, develop guides and templates, and support responsible AI policies and governance.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Talent Development, L&D, digital learning, or a related area.
• Experience creating and delivering educational programmes and e-learning or digital learning content.
• Practical professional experience with AI tools, AI agents, automation, MCPs, custom skills, or similar emerging technologies.
• Experience translating technical or digital solutions into learning and adoption initiatives.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, self-learning, research, and experimentation skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English at B2 level or above, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience with change and adoption of new tools, organizational change, or digital transformation.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, workflow design, and AI communities or champion networks.
• Experience contributing to policies, governance frameworks, operating standards, or measuring learning adoption and business impact.
• Experience in a technology or fast-growing international company.
