TL;DR
Junior Compliance Training Operations Specialist (Compliance Training/Learning Management Systems): Administering, deploying, monitoring, and reporting on global compliance training activities with an accent on learning management systems, training records, and stakeholder coordination. Focus on configuring courses and assignments, maintaining accurate data and documentation, and producing completion reports and dashboards.
Location: Hybrid in Nowy Tomyśl or Poznań, Poland
Salary: 5,000–7,000 PLN gross monthly

What you will do
- Integrate, maintain, and update compliance training courses in the Learning Management System.
- Coordinate translations and formatting, upload approved materials, and configure assignments, target groups, and deadlines.
- Maintain training catalogues, course descriptions, documentation, version control, and auditable training records.
- Manage participant lists, invitations, reminders, and completion notifications.
- Track participation and completion rates and prepare standardized KPI reports and dashboards.
- Support data quality checks and correct identified inconsistencies.
Requirements
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and digital training platforms.
- Experience with reporting, data maintenance, and document management.
- English at B2 level is required.
- Digital affinity, including AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
- Strong organization, coordination, accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a multi-task environment.
- Willingness to learn and a hands-on mentality.
Nice to have
- German at A1/A2 level.
- Knowledge of additional languages.
