Focus on investigating potential money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, PEP, and adverse media risks while maintaining service quality and supporting CDD process improvements.

What you will do

  • Review customer onboarding cases and apply KYB principles consistently with company policy and customer risk assessments.
  • Validate KYB documents using internal tools and reputable external sources.
  • Request and follow up on CDD and EDD documentation in line with AML procedures and service-level agreements.
  • Investigate potential sanctions, PEP, and adverse media matches and determine appropriate actions.
  • Provide management with information on AML and CDD issues, handle customer and department queries, and escalate matters where appropriate.
  • Support CDD function enhancements, procedure maintenance, and related projects.

Requirements

  • Degree-level tertiary education or higher.
  • At least two years of experience in AML, CDD/EDD reviews, or KYC.
  • Prior know-your-customer and sanctions compliance experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with close attention to detail.
  • Excellent spoken and written English is required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and deliver high-quality service.
