BizLink Technology operates a manufacturing facility requiring physical security, access control, and loss prevention oversight.
What you will do
- Supervise the daily guard force and ensure compliance with site SOPs, post orders, and uniform standards.
- Lead shift briefings and conduct unannounced checks of gatehouses, patrols, and screening posts.
- Administer access control by issuing visitor passes, creating employee badges, and revoking terminated employees’ access.
- Conduct loss prevention audits covering shipping manifests, scrap disposal bins, and high-value inventory cages.
- Monitor CCTV and access control system health, investigate incidents and missing items, and report faults or anomalies.
- Prepare daily security activity reports and collaborate with EHS and HR on plant safety and compliance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Degree in Security Management, safety and health sciences, or engineering.
- Knowledge of TAPA, CTPAT, and ISO 27001.
- Experience supervising guards, administering access control, conducting audits, and reviewing CCTV footage.
Nice to have
- Former armed forces personnel experience.
