What you will do
- Develop and maintain site IT architecture with global and regional IT groups.
- Lead site-level IT projects covering data and voice networks, servers, cloud services, digital platforms, printing services, and IT applications.
- Own site IT services, support daily business operations, and monitor end-user experience, satisfaction, usability, and accessibility.
- Manage IT incidents, triage problems, coordinate root-cause analysis, and assess site-level change impacts.
- Manage local third-party suppliers, audit their performance, and ensure delivery against service agreements.
- Drive service reliability, availability, manageability, security, customer satisfaction, and KPI performance using ITIL and Lean principles.
Requirements
- University degree in an IT-related field.
- At least 5 years of IT experience in a large organization.
- Experience with IT service delivery and collaboration with global or regional IT teams and external vendors.
- Experience supporting personal computing, digital workplace environments, and IT applications.
- Broad understanding of IT, strong stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to communicate IT concepts clearly.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English.
