Team Lead, Global ATR (Finance)

Location: Taguig, National Capital Region (Manila), Philippines. The role includes working a mid shift. A move to a new office in BGC, Taguig City is tentatively planned for Q2 2026.

What you will do

• Lead accounting and daily operations for legal reporting and audit processes.
• Manage timely financial-period closing in line with closing calendars, SLAs, compliance, internal audit, and SOX requirements.
• Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and validity of reported actuals within the assigned process and entity scope.
• Support auditors and legal authorities, monitor compliance, and maintain effective internal controls.
• Develop and retain a high-performing, diverse accounting team, including succession planning and performance management.
• Act as a business partner and drive continuous improvement, operational change, and process transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
• At least 3 years of professional experience, including team leadership in a shared-services or BPO organization.
• Experience in a global Account to Report function within a multinational company.
• Experience with multiple migrations of work and continuous improvement or organizational transformation.
• Strong organization, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent English and willingness to work a mid shift are required.

Nice to have

• CPA, CMA, MBA, or another financial certification.
• Solid US GAAP accounting knowledge.
• Digital or intelligent automation capabilities.
• Additional language skills.
