Senior BPM Engineer / Systems Analyst

What you will do

• Design and implement BPMN processes and DMN decision tables in Camunda 8 for customer support automation.
• Configure and maintain call flows, LLM classifiers, prompts, and other AI-driven tools in no-code platforms.
• Support and debug active automation scenarios in Camunda Operate, delivering production fixes and continuous improvements.
• Integrate processes with internal and external systems through REST APIs, JSON, and Kafka.
• Collaborate with product, technical, and analytics teams while promoting process automation and new technology adoption.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with production BPM engines and end-to-end BPMN/DMN process design and deployment.
• Production experience with Camunda 7 or Camunda 8.
• Expert knowledge of BPMN 2.0, DMN, and FEEL.
• Experience integrating systems through REST APIs, JSON, and Kafka.
• Understanding of modern AI and LLM solutions for business process integration.
• Ability to gather and clarify technical requirements independently and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Automation experience in customer support or operational business teams.
• Experience specifying API and integration requirements.
• SQL skills for data validation and process behavior analysis.
• Prompt engineering and no-code or low-code AI platform experience.
