Senior Frontend Engineer (Web3)

Location: On-site in Cayman, Denver, Dubai, or New York

Salary: $150K–$250K total compensation, plus equity, commission, and bonus

What you will do

• Ship high-quality frontend code with other engineers and maintain engineering excellence.
• Plan and build complex frontend components for core products.
• Collaborate directly with designers to turn Figma designs into clean user experiences.
• Build DeFi integrations that let users sign transactions and manage funds client-side.
• Apply frontend security best practices and support large refactoring efforts.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
• At least 3 years of professional coding experience.
• Experience shipping impressive products used by thousands of real users.
• Strong attention to detail and product taste.
• Willingness to work hard and contribute to ambitious engineering goals.
