What you will do

• Plan and execute operational projects while tracking timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Support laboratory operations, stockroom activities, equipment maintenance, and lifecycle tracking.
• Coordinate vendor services and repairs, including communications and scheduling.
• Respond to critical equipment alarms during and after business hours, including nights and weekends.
• Protect research continuity through proactive maintenance, rapid issue resolution, and troubleshooting.
• Support EH&S responsibilities and the EH&S committee while updating leadership on operational needs.

Requirements

• Associate's degree required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience required; 7 years preferred.
• Experience supporting laboratory or research operations, equipment maintenance, documentation, and compliance.
• Availability for critical equipment response during nights and weekends is essential.
• Ability to address operational challenges, coordinate across departments, and reduce single points of failure.
