Specialist, Analytical Technical Operations (mRNA/LNP)

Location: Norwood, Massachusetts; site-based and on-site full-time. This position is not eligible for remote work. Only U.S. persons are eligible due to U.S. export control requirements.

Salary: $74,000–$118,400 per year, with potential bonus, incentive compensation, or equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Coordinate analytical testing schedules using digital systems, program priorities, and laboratory capacity.
• Support authoring, execution, and maintenance of stability protocols and studies for mRNA and LNP drug candidates.
• Compile, review, trend, and summarize analytical data; perform peer reviews and prepare technical data packages.
• Coordinate multiple program timelines, testing milestones, study deliverables, and reporting commitments.
• Support forecasting, sample management, testing strategies, and cross-functional development planning.
• Improve laboratory efficiency and data quality through digital tools, automated workflows, system integration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, analytical development, technical operations, or CMC Development.
• Experience with stability studies, analytical testing programs, or laboratory operations in a regulated environment.
• Experience with LabVantage, Benchling, or similar LIMS, ELN, or laboratory data management systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work full-time at hirify.global’s Norwood site; U.S. person eligibility is required for access to export-controlled information.

Nice to have

• Experience with mRNA, LNP, biologics, or other advanced therapeutic modalities.
• Familiarity with CMC Development, stability programs, and regulatory expectations.
• Experience with process improvement, workflow optimization, automation, or digital transformation.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and analyzing analytical data for scientific and operational decisions.
