What you will do

• Participate in a full-day Casablanca summit with personalized training, case studies, and practical business challenges.
• Apply finance knowledge and management abilities to real-life consumer goods situations.
• Provide financial leadership for operations and take responsibility for concrete projects.
• Work closely with colleagues in Finance, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and other functions.
• Develop leadership, financial management, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Follow a customized learning plan with coaching, mentorship, and formal training.

Requirements

• Expected graduation in fiscal year 2027.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for building new solutions and willingness to learn.
• Initiative, flexibility, and comfort working in a multicultural and diverse environment.
