Senior Financial Reporting Specialist (Finance/IFRS): Managing corporate financial, statutory, tax, and regulatory reporting across international markets with an accent on accounting accuracy, compliance, reconciliations, and month-end close coordination. Focus on improving reporting controls and automation, investigating discrepancies, and implementing accounting and regulatory changes across EMEA and other assigned jurisdictions.

What you will do
- Execute accounting processes and post journal entries for accurate financial transaction recording.
- Own financial documentation, controls, compliance activities, and reporting quality.
- Coordinate month-end close activities with international stakeholders.
- Prepare financial, statutory, tax, and management reports across international markets.
- Perform reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and maintain financial data integrity.
- Coordinate tax and audit activities while driving process improvement and automation initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, audit, financial reporting, or related finance functions.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, and local GAAP requirements across EU and EMEA jurisdictions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, reconciliation, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Experience collaborating with international teams, auditors, advisors, and regulatory stakeholders.
- Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency required.
Nice to have
- Experience with international markets, including EMEA and APAC.
- Professional certification such as DipIFR or ACCA.
