ML Ops Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Utrecht, Netherlands; hybrid work with a balance between home and office

Salary: €5,994–€8,563 gross per month for a 36-hour work week

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and optimise production-grade machine learning pipelines for cybersecurity detection and analytics.
• Deploy and operate machine learning models in large-scale enterprise production environments.
• Implement monitoring, observability, automation, and lifecycle management to keep models reliable, performant, and compliant.
• Apply cloud-native engineering and infrastructure-as-code practices to improve platform scalability.
• Collaborate with data scientists and security professionals to operationalise new machine learning solutions.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in ML Ops, Machine Learning Engineering, or a similar role.
• Proven experience deploying and operating machine learning models in large-scale enterprise production environments.
• Strong experience with CI/CD, automation, cloud-native technologies, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Self-sufficient, pragmatic, results-oriented, and able to take ownership.
• Strong collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams.
