Associate Software Engineer (AI Services) (Python/Java, AI): Productionizing AI research models into scalable services that analyze and evaluate more than 10 million contact-center interactions daily with an accent on high-volume workloads, microservices, and testable software. Focus on designing services, owning features through production, and improving systems as requirements and technologies evolve.
Location: Tel Aviv, Israel (flexible)
Fixed-term contract for 9 months.

What you will do
- Work with the AI research team to productionize models as scalable services.
- Build and maintain services processing more than 10 million contact-center interactions daily.
- Design and develop efficient, high-quality, testable software.
- Own features from design and implementation through production.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Learn new technologies and improve existing systems as requirements evolve.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Detailed understanding of object-oriented concepts and design.
- Strong programming skills in Python or Java.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Cloud experience, preferably AWS.
- Experience with LLMs or ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with CI/CD tools.
