What you will do

• Contribute to client transformation projects involving data science, business analysis, IT analysis, and partial coding.
• Develop predictive models using supervised and unsupervised learning, econometrics, forecasting, and quantitative diagnosis.
• Design and implement constraint optimization solutions and simulation models.
• Apply algorithms to process large and unstructured datasets.
• Help develop hirify.global’s data science offering and interpret emerging innovations and challenges.
• Support business development by defining client needs and participating in commercial initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in civil engineering, applied mathematics, IT, or a similar field.
• 0–3 years of experience as a consultant.
• Strong interest in data science, AI, and related sectors such as energy and finance.
• Analytical, rigorous, dynamic, results-oriented, and able to synthesize complex information into conclusions.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Trilingual proficiency in French, Dutch, and English is required.
