Senior Node.js Developer (Bulgarian)

Location: Bulgaria; hybrid and remote work modes are offered.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications with Node.js and SAP BTP/CAP.
• Build and optimize backend services, APIs, and integrations for reliability and performance.
• Contribute to requirements analysis, technical architecture, and solution design.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following software development best practices.
• Support application testing, deployment, version control, and ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate with a globally distributed team using Agile methodologies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in Node.js development.
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, NestJS, and PostgreSQL.
• Practical GitHub experience, including branching, merging, and pull requests.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and containerization, including Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with large-scale data center, cloud, or network environments and a solid understanding of distributed systems and modern infrastructure.
• English at B2+ and Bulgarian at B2+ are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP BTP or other SAP products.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
