What you will do
- Oversee the technical condition and smooth operation of buildings and premises.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and the overall site.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise internal and external maintenance services.
- Participate in supplier selection and evaluate incoming offers.
- Communicate with regulatory authorities, external suppliers, and internal departments.
- Prepare regular reports on facility status and operational metrics.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facility management or a similar maintenance-focused role.
- Independent and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Availability to work onsite in Trencin, Slovakia.
