IPQA Inspector (Medical Device)

What you will do

• Perform incoming, in-process, and lot qualification inspections, testing, and measurements according to work instructions and procedures.
• Record inspection, test, and measurement data in MES, SAP, and checklists in accordance with Good Documentation Practices.
• Operate dimensional measuring instruments, including smart scopes, CMMs, OGP equipment, digital calipers, and microscopes.
• Use tester equipment such as roughness testers, spring latch testers, and leak testers.
• Accept or reject outputs against quality standards, report deviations and non-conformances, and support first-level troubleshooting.
• Raise NCMRs, support MRB activities, maintain 5S and workplace safety, and meet output targets without compromising quality.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent, combined with relevant experience.
• 1–2 years of QA/QC inspection experience covering visual inspection, precision measurement instruments, force measurement equipment, and product functional testing.
• Experience in the medical device industry is preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English and Malay is required.
• Computer literacy, Microsoft Excel proficiency, and accurate data-entry skills.
• Ability to work accurately and reliably and communicate effectively with leaders and other employees.
