Lead Game Developer, Angry Birds Friends

Location: Barcelona or Helsinki Metropolitan Area; hybrid setup with two to three days at the office per week

What you will do

• Craft key game features from initial design through implementation.
• Own technical architecture and build robust, scalable solutions.
• Maintain code quality, documentation, game performance, and development standards.
• Guide, support, and collaborate with game developers across the project.
• Partner with producers to plan, schedule, and prioritize the project backlog.
• Improve tools, workflows, and processes while sharing knowledge across teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of game development experience and a proven record of shipping titles.
• Deep programming expertise in C# and the Unity engine.
• Strong knowledge of game architecture and SOLID design principles.
• Experience with debugging, profiling, and performance optimization for target platforms.
• Clear communication skills, an agile development background, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
• English CV required.
