Manager, Brand Marketing, OTC

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States; onsite at hirify.global's Fort Worth location.

What you will do

• Develop short- and long-range portfolio strategies, goals, objectives, and annual brand plans for assigned brands and product lines.
• Manage Contact Lens Care and corporate brand portfolios, including portfolio strategy, growth initiatives, commercialization, and business performance.
• Conduct competitive analysis, consumer research, market assessments, and performance analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform recommendations.
• Develop integrated consumer marketing initiatives across digital, retail, shopper, and e-commerce channels and maintain brand positioning across products, packaging, and marketing.
• Lead product launches and key marketing initiatives, manage external agencies and marketing budgets, and evaluate investment effectiveness.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Customer Marketing, and Global Marketing teams while ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent directly related experience; alternatively, high school diploma plus 13 years, associate degree plus 9 years, master's degree plus 2 years, or PhD plus 0 years of experience.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
