What you will do

• Lead the implementation of Tandem’s AI solutions within clinical environments.
• Act as a trusted expert, guiding healthcare professionals through the transition to new workflows.
• Tailor the platform to address the unique requirements of various clinical settings.
• Provide expert user support and surface opportunities for product enhancements.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape the future of the platform.
• Represent the company at conferences and events to share the vision with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Finnish: Native level fluency required.
• English: Excellent communication skills required.
• Experience in clinical work or customer-facing roles in social care.
• Exposure to consulting, startup, or entrepreneurial environments.
• Must be based in Helsinki and willing to travel locally and to Stockholm.
• Genuine passion for technology and AI.
