SAP FI/CO Consultant

Location: Remote; LATAM or Albania. Willingness to travel up to 30% across the US for client engagements is required.

What you will do

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Finance and Controlling processes in SAP S/4HANA Private and Public Cloud.
• Lead pre-sales activities, including discovery workshops, solution scoping, tailored demonstrations, proposals, and RFP responses.
• Deliver full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, conversions, migrations, and enhancement projects using Agile and SAP Activate.
• Integrate Finance processes with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Facilitate client workshops and training sessions to manage scope, alignment, and adoption.
• Contribute to team development, knowledge sharing, delivery approaches, and SAP Finance practice growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of SAP FI/CO consulting or industry experience.
• Deep knowledge of SAP FI/CO across SAP ECC and S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• At least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations, including one workstream lead role.
• Experience with pre-sales, stakeholder messaging, solution scoping, and business-priority alignment.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and SAP Activate methodologies, plus familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Analytics Cloud, and business process automation.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher and willingness to travel up to 30% across the US are required.

Nice to have

• SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversions and Finance data migrations.
