What you will do
- Lead projects for new process capability development, capacity expansion, equipment platform implementation, and value engineering.
- Ensure adherence to Quality Change Management requirements and prepare project charters for approval.
- Form project teams and manage planning, tracking, reporting, and gate reviews.
- Coordinate between Business Groups, the ATCB Change Review Board, management, quality assurance, and operations.
- Monitor post-project release activities and project outcomes.
Requirements
- Engineering degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience in semiconductor assembly engineering, quality assurance, or operations.
- Project leadership experience in NPI, alternate site qualification, new materials, and new package qualification.
- Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, and project management tools; familiarity with SAS JMP or Minitab.
- Knowledge of OEE, RCM, MTBA, MTBF, MTTR, SPC, DOE, and Machine FMEA.
- Basic knowledge of QS9000 and TS16949 quality systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
