What you will do

• Implement the Adolescent Support and Counseling Services (ASACS) Program at a high school-based location.
• Assess referred adolescents and families comprehensively.
• Develop individualized service plans with tailored goals, methods, and techniques.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling as needed.
• Promote resilience, reduce mental health disorders and adolescent substance abuse, and develop life skills.
• Coordinate drug-awareness campaigns and collaborate with community stakeholders, including garrison command.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited university; CACREP accreditation is required for counseling programs.
• Drug and alcohol certification such as MRAS, CSAC, CAP, or CADAC.
• Independent clinical license as an LCSW, LMHC/LPC, LMFT, or clinical/counseling psychologist at PhD level.
• Experience with electronic medical records and general office equipment.
• Ability to work under time pressure and maintain a rapid work pace for extended periods.
